Below is a list of the activities that will be running Quebec-wide during Early Childhood Week, most of which are being organized by our partners. Check back often for updates to the calendar.

Note that there will also be a wide range of regional and local activities throughout the week. Sunday, November 17

  • Launch of the All In For All Kids awareness campaign  

Monday, November 18

  • Presentation of the family-work balance recognition program developed by the Réseau pour un Québec Famille for the business community (private event)
  • Estrie region’s Voir grand pour nos enfants at Hôtel Chéribourg in Orford, put on by the Collectif estrien 0-5 ans, Partners for Educational Success Estrie and the Direction de santé publique du CIUSSS de l’Estrie – CHUS

  • Press conference marks the launch of Early Childhood Week in Mauricie and Centre-du-Québec, Trois-Rivières

  • CHSSN (Community Health and Social Services Network), in collaboration with the ISQ (Institut de la statistique du Québec), will be presenting the EQDEM results as well as portraits of  anglophone children 0 to 5 and their families. To register:

Tuesday, November 19

  • Quebec City’s  "Très” grande matinée des tout-petits, organized by members of Grandissons tous ensemble, the Capitale-Nationale region’s organization for early childhood
  • Observatoire des tout-petits releases its profile of the environments in which Quebec children are growing up (Dans quels environnements grandissent les tout-petits québécois?”)
